The title is the above mentioned "Sine Velocity"; interestingly, it's not about a city named Velo. This title came to me in a dream before I woke up, so I decided to use it. It starts clean with Roland's signature chorus effect (captured by an AKG P220 microphone). Soon after that, the chorus leaves and comes the harder VOX sound, that crosses into distortion with the help of a Maxon OOD-9 overdrive pedal. In the closing part, we return to the clean tone with the rich chorus. The string gauge is of course .013 - .054 Rotosound mediums with a wound 3rd, in standard tuning. I'm utilizing Jim Dunlop's nickel silver thumbpick and fingerpicks, gauged .025.
